About Charles O
I have a Bachelor's Degree in Secondary Education, Spanish major and Latin American Studies. I lived two years in Central America and was actively speaking Spanish in my employment since 1966. My wife is Puerto Rican and our home is fluently bilingual.

I base my teaching method according to the level of my student. Above all, the student must make a real effort to duplicate the pronunciation that I model. That will probably entail much trial and error on the student's part to get it as right as their hearing can make it. They will be required to do long hand writing of the language , individual words and phrases. Also they will be required to verbally answer questions that are posed in Spanish, having been modeled by me as many times as it takes to comprehend the vocabulary already provided.
