About Karissa
I want to teach someone how to actually understand math—not just how to do the steps, but why the steps work. I want them to feel confident solving problems on their own, to stop being afraid of getting the wrong answer, and to realize that math isn’t as scary or boring as it seems. My goal is to make it click in their head, show them that they’re smarter than they think, and help them see math as a tool they can master—not a subject to dread.
