About Sarah
I was a peer tutor in 2012 at the University of Phoenix. It was an informal service I offered to my classmates. This is my first formal tutoring position. I want to help people who struggle with mathematics by teaching simple, basic lessons that will improve comprehension and hopefully show that math can be fun.

I have an Associate Degree in Family Science and I am a student at my local Applied Technology College studying to become a Machinist. I have completed multiple college level math classes with 100% test scores. I have 25 years experience in Customer Service where I learned my teaching skills by training my employees as well as being a Team Leader. I am interested in tutoring Middle School, High School, Freshman and Sophomore level college students. My best subjects are Basic Arithmetic, Pre-Algebra, College Algebra and Business Math. My teaching method is a walkthrough of each type of problem, practice examples, and I am available 7 days a week to answer any questions or review all subject matter.
