About Ludivine
industry credentials are only part of what makes a great mentor. What I'm known for — inside studios and outside them — is making complex things clear. I'm a visual communicator by nature, and I have a genuine gift for breaking down the jargon-heavy, often opaque world of game production into something logical, approachable, and actionable. I've mentored junior producers at EA and other studios, guided early-career professionals through the realities of working in games, and developed and delivered Video Game Production 101 curriculum at the community college level.

I'm Lulu Vallano, a veteran video game producer with over 15 years of experience working at the highest levels of the games industry. If you're looking to understand what a career in game production actually looks like — and how to build the skills to get there — you're in the right place.
My career has taken me through some of the most ambitious projects in gaming. I've worked as a Senior Producer at Riot Games (League of Legends MMO), Lead Producer at Zenimax Online on an unannounced MMORPG, Production Lead at EA Maxis on The Sims "Project Rene," and Producer at EA Motive and Skydance Interactive (The Walking Dead VR), among others. I've managed teams of up to 300 people, built production pipelines from the ground up on brand new IPs and engines, and been trusted by Creative Directors and studio leadership to keep some of the industry's most complex, high-stakes projects moving forward.
