I am a tech employee. I have been practicing yoga for six years, but my passion has grown in the past two years as I had the chance to approach different styles and international teachers. My methodology blends traditional techniques, from breathing techniques to poses, providing variations that are accessible at all levels. Lessons can be individual or group and last 45-60 minutes. If you are interested in reconnecting with yourself, perfecting your practice, but also in exploring different styles, challenging yourself through new and fun poses (from inversions to arm balances) this is the right place.
