About Ieva
I'm an international yoga teacher with a background in dance. I have a BSc in psychology from the UK, a yoga teacher certificate from India and therapeutic yoga work experience from Sri Lanka. I have led private and group yoga classes for 5 years in various locations in Europe, America, Asia and Australia.

In private yoga sessions I focus on the unique needs of each person, working on the edge of the comfort zone, challenging as well as relaxing the body and mind. Breath and alignement are in the centre of each yoga class that I teach. I use creative yoga asana sequencing and pranayama breath to guide you closer to health and happiness. Each class is tailored to your needs.
