With over 25 years of experiencing the many benefits of a regular yoga practice and over 20 years of sharing these benefits with others, I am confident that my approach to teaching or using yoga as therapy is effective. I am always observing my clients so that I am applying the appropriate techniques for that particular day.

Not a one size fits all approach. First address the individual standing/sitting in front of me, learn their issues- strengths and weaknesses, likes and dislikes, fears and anxiety. I do a lot of analysis of the person to decide what is a must and what are the no-do's. Next go through steps of refined breathing. Then link the breath with movement. Adjust everything as needed. Do Asana, then savasana with a guided meditation.
