Hi :)
I am a yoga teacher trainee at Triyoga in London, 1 year into a 2-year diploma in Vinyasa Yoga. I teach in London and want to expand my opportunities, sharing my knowledge of yoga, meditation and practices for cultivating more emotional balance, self-confidence and self-love.

Classes follow a vinyasa flow format which means we focus on combining the breath with movement with dynamic and fun sequences. Through getting moving and maybe even working up a small sweat, we will focus on enlivening and awakening our bodies to learn more about our own unique body in ways we have not done before. We will learn how to sit with our emotions and feelings with softness and a newly found gentleness and understanding for who we are.
