About Kaia

I am a yoga instructor specializing in vinyasa yoga. I have been teaching for two years, as well as diving deep within my spirituality practices so I can integrate the two. I received my yoga instructor certificate from the Sendatsu Evolution Program, which was a beautifully deep and intimate program. I hope to create that same space within our classes.

My approach is internal. Yoga is not only a physical practice, but a spiritual practice as well. I focus on the internal (mind, spirit) so that it can translate to the external (body). I believe we are hardwired for connection. I hope to I offer you a teacher who is connected to herself and to others. Who sees us as a part of the same whole.
