About Destiny
I am a violin tutor with 8 years of experience and a Doctor of Philosophy in String Performance. I enjoy helping students achieve meaningful progress through encouraging lessons and personalized instruction.
My teaching approach combines careful technical development with artistic exploration. I encourage students to enjoy learning while building confidence, discipline, and expressive playing skills.
Outside teaching, I enjoy performing with chamber groups, studying orchestral repertoire, and mentoring young string musicians. These experiences help me bring practical knowledge and fresh musical ideas into every lesson.

My violin lessons encourage students to build dependable technique while enjoying the beauty of music. We practice posture, bow control, finger placement, rhythm, intonation, scales, tone development, string coordination, and expressive phrasing through carefully planned exercises and enjoyable musical pieces. Every lesson creates a positive learning environment that supports steady progress.
As students continue improving, we work on vibrato, shifting, ensemble playing, sight reading, recital preparation, ear training, musical interpretation, and efficient practice strategies. I provide thoughtful coaching that helps learners become technically accurate while developing expressive musical performances.
My goal is to help students become confident violinists who perform with musical understanding and artistic confidence. Every lesson strengthens technical ability, creativity, and long-term appreciation for violin music.
