About Kelly
I am a violin tutor with 6 years of experience and a Master of Music in Advanced Violin Studies. I enjoy helping students develop their musical abilities through patient teaching and carefully planned lessons.
My approach combines technical training with creativity and encouragement. I create a comfortable learning environment where students can improve steadily while building confidence and independence.
Outside teaching, I enjoy performing chamber music, studying different violin methods, and exploring global string traditions. These experiences allow me to share new perspectives and practical knowledge with every student.

My violin lessons help students develop strong playing skills while enjoying the learning process. We focus on posture, bow movement, finger accuracy, rhythm, intonation, scales, tone quality, string changes, and musical phrasing through guided exercises and engaging pieces. Every lesson supports gradual improvement and builds confidence.
As students gain experience, we work on shifting techniques, vibrato, sight reading, ensemble playing, performance preparation, musical interpretation, and efficient practice habits. I provide personalized support that helps learners overcome challenges while developing expressive and controlled violin playing.
My goal is to help students become confident violinists who enjoy performing and expressing themselves through music. Every lesson strengthens technique, creativity, and a lifelong appreciation for violin performance.
