About Ruby
I have 10 years of experience teaching violin and hold a Master’s Degree in String Performance. My journey as a teacher began with a focus on helping students build strong foundations and long-term confidence in music.
I believe every student has a unique learning path, so I adjust my teaching approach based on individual needs. Some students need technical strengthening, while others need expressive guidance. I support both with equal care.
Outside teaching, I continue performing and studying classical violin works. This helps me stay connected to real performance practice. My aim is to guide students toward becoming confident and expressive violinists.

My violin lessons focus on building strong technical control and expressive musicality together. We work on posture, bowing stability, intonation accuracy, shifting techniques, tone quality, rhythm control, and musical phrasing. Each lesson is designed to create steady improvement.
Students practice scales, études, sight reading, listening exercises, and repertoire pieces. I guide them step by step so they can understand how small improvements create a better overall sound. Learning is paced carefully to ensure clarity and comfort.
Over time, students develop confidence in both practice and performance. They learn how to play with expression while maintaining control and accuracy. My goal is to help learners enjoy violin playing while becoming confident musicians.
