About Kaia
My interest in violin began with a deep appreciation for string music and expression. I completed a Bachelor’s Degree in Violin Performance to strengthen both my technical and teaching skills. Over the past 6 years, I have worked with students of different levels, helping them build confidence and strong musical ability. Teaching allows me to guide learners in a meaningful way.
My teaching style is structured, calm, and adaptable. I believe every student learns differently, so I adjust my lessons to match their needs. I focus on strong fundamentals, steady improvement, and creating a comfortable learning environment. Students are encouraged to practice regularly and stay consistent.
Outside teaching, I continue practicing and exploring different musical styles. This helps me bring fresh ideas into lessons. Teaching violin is meaningful to me because I see students grow in both skill and confidence. Helping them enjoy music is truly rewarding.

My violin lessons focus on helping students build strong fundamentals through clear and structured learning. I guide learners through posture, bow control, finger placement, and rhythm using simple explanations. Each lesson includes exercises that improve tone quality, coordination, and control. I focus on helping students understand how sound is created so they can play with clarity and confidence. This approach builds steady progress step by step.
Lessons are tailored based on the student’s level and goals. Beginners start with open strings, simple scales, and basic melodies. Intermediate learners improve intonation, bowing techniques, and rhythm accuracy. Advanced students focus on expressive playing, tone refinement, and performance preparation. Each lesson includes guided practice and feedback. This ensures consistent improvement.
Learning violin also builds patience and focus. Students become more confident as they improve their playing ability. Many enjoy expressing emotions through music. My goal is to make violin learning simple, structured, and enjoyable. Students develop both technical skill and musical sensitivity.
