About Kermit
You might notice that I always keep my instrument tuned and ready for our first meeting. Working with 449 students over 13 years has taught me how to adjust my approach for everyone from absolute novices to advanced exam candidates.
I have helped many musicians master intonation, bowing technique, rhythm, and timing. My MMus from Eastman informs how I teach left hand agility, tone production, and shifting positions. Developing your ear training remains a priority while we prepare for ABRSM or Trinity exams. Please feel free to reach out if you want to explore these techniques during a lesson.
