About Arantxa

Hi! I have a degree in Gastronomy, graduated from the best Gastronomy university in Mexico. My goal is to share with you my knowledge about cooking techniques, methods and recipes so that you can confidently handle Mexican or international food preparations.

About the lesson

You will learn virtually by video call.

Before the class I will provide you with a list of materials (ingredients and utensils) so that I can guide you in the execution of the recipes.

We will begin by understanding basic tools, terms, principles, methods and techniques; then I will explain its applications so that you can experience everything in the operation and in recipes of easy, intermediate or advanced levels.

It doesn't matter if you have cooking habilities or not.

We can also do a single class on a recipe that you want to practice or perfect.

Empecé por curiosidad pero esto ha sido una gran gran experiencia!

Arantxa es una maestra muy profesional y diligente pero también es alguien con quien es agradable aprender y convivir, siempre ha tenido una buena comunicación para que las clases se ajusten a mis gustos y necesidades además de que ha intentado que cada clase sea una mezcla de teoría y práctica, pero también un rato ameno. Muchísimas Miss Arantxa!

¡Es un gusto tener cada clase con Marco! Él está siempre dispuesto a probar y aprender. Es muy grato observar cómo usa sus sentidos y curiosidad al cocinar. Gracias a su perseverancia e interés, es que siempre he tenido buena comunicación e interacción muy grata con él.

Lo mejor es que practica y comparte lo que aprende; ¡disfruta de cada experiencia de clase!

Hourly rate: MXN $199.99
This rate is 15% cheaper than the average price per hour of cooking classes at Superprof!
Price valid as of February 2021.

Payment methods: bank transfer, PayPal and cryptocurrencies *.

The payment of the class must be covered and confirmed before starting the class.

As your teacher, I will be willing to dedicate the time you need to finish the class. It is totally understandable that the student may need more time to execute the recipe, especially for beginner levels. If this happens, please remember that the price of the extra hour(s) must be covered.
