About Kendal
I love to learn and I love to help people. I actually love my job!
In addition to being an avid Pilates practitioner and Massage Therapist, I have been a gymnast, musician, muralist, artist, martial artist and a track and field athlete. I'm also a mom.
I have also been injured! I've had 2 ACL (a knee ligament) replacements. I've struggled through breast cancer. I understand how it feels when it's just hard to get out of bed. I understand how it feels to be held back from your sport by a stupid injury!
In my endeavors to understand the human body better and address my own health, I have become a Paleo Health fan and have begun my Health Coach certification.
As an extension of my martial arts, I've become a Qigong Teacher and am studying Traditional Chinese Medicine so I can add acupuncture to the list of health modalities I can practice.
Like I said, I love learning and I love helping people. :)

I have been teaching Pilates with a Rehabilitative focus for about 15 years. I have lots of experience with a wide range of bodies, needs & conditions.
We will find what is both challenging and possible for you with exercises that will improve your condition, whatever that may be.
I can work with cross-training athletes, pregnant women, the aging community, post-surgery recovery, injury prevention and recovery and more.
I am also a Massage Therapist who specializes in NeuroMuscular Reprogramming. This breadth of understanding of muscle, bone and movement benefits all of my clients.
