About Nafeesa

I am a graduate in Visual Communication and an online tutor who teaches Communication Studies and Design Theory. I help students understand the “why” behind visual and media concepts — from the psychology of color and how design elements influence perception, to visual literacy, communication theory, and the history of art and media. Rather than just memorizing definitions, I connect these ideas to real-world examples so they actually stick. I focus on building genuine understanding, not just exam prep, and I’m patient with students who are new to theory-heavy subjects

About the lesson

I teach Communication Studies and Design Theory to beginners and students who want a deeper conceptual understanding rather than just software or execution skills. Classes cover the psychology of design and color, visual literacy, communication theory, and the history of art and media — built around discussion, real-world examples, and breaking down complex ideas into simple, memorable terms. Great for students who find theory-heavy subjects intimidating and want someone patient to actually make it click.
