About Clare
Hello!
My name is Clare and I offer evidence-based online vocal coaching for singers of all experience levels, with a particular focus on helping nervous or self-conscious singers develop healthy technique while building confidence.
I’m currently completing my Level 1 certification in Modern Vocal Training (MVT), an approach to singing grounded in science and guided by current vocal research.
My teaching is informed by my background in medical science and curiosity about the human voice. I'm always learning and looking for the best exercises to help you find and free your voice, while also supporting long-term vocal health.
Beyond technique development, my goal is to help you find comfort and pride in using your voice. My lessons are relaxed and designed to help you experiment, build confidence, and grow at your own pace.
I work with singers across all styles and experience levels, whether you’re completely new to singing, returning after time away, or looking to better understand your voice.

Lessons are 45 minutes and tailored to your unique instrument and individual goals, always working at your pace.
Most technical exercises are best suited to developed vocal cords (teens and adults), but I am happy to work with children on aspects of singing like tuning and musicality.
