About Ernest
Finding your tone starts with a few simple breathing exercises that we perform together. It is about relaxing the body so the sound can flow without tension.
We use my background in both music and ESL to dissect lyrics and vocal lines for better harmony singing. Grade exam candidates and absolute beginners receive the same structured attention to detail. Performance-focused students will find the work on stage fear management very useful for live shows.
I keep my approach steady and focused on your physical comfort. You will find that these habits make daily singing much easier.

Developing your head and chest voice requires a balance of technique and confidence. You deserve to sound like yourself while hitting every note with precision.
I bring 13 years of experience to our sessions, using my Bachelor of Arts in English and BM in Guitar to explain the mechanics of vocal health and care. I often use songs to help students manage stage fear and understand microphone technique. My work with newcomer families has shown me that combining music with clear verbal instruction helps singers find their resonance faster.
Even if you are a returning learner or a self-taught player, we can build a strong technical foundation together. I offer free access to my breathing and warm-up exercise notes to keep your voice healthy.
