About Callie
Music education should be about the songs you actually listen to. Singing is physically demanding work that requires precise muscle control. I teach working professionals and absolute beginners how to manage stage fear. My 12 years of experience have helped me guide 350 students toward better vocal health and care.
We work on head and chest voice and resonance. Tone and breathing control are central to my technique. I also prioritize performance confidence and sight singing. Helping students find their unique sound is a highlight of my week.

Slow progress is often better than fast, sloppy growth when building your voice. I prefer to provide feedback immediately so you can fix errors before they become habits. We use microphone technique to test your stage presence and resonance. You will receive homework vocal drills assigned after every session to keep your progress moving between meetings.
I keep the atmosphere honest and light. Singing is essentially an athletic endeavor for your throat. It is just about finding the right coordination.
