About Raymond
"I spend half of my life performing live in San Francisco and the other half teaching in the studio. A Bachelor of Fine Arts in Music Industry from Belmont University provides the technical base for every single thing I teach. Intermediate learners, teens, and those returning to singing after a long break make up the majority of my classes.
I have taught 286 students over the course of my 13-year career so far. I enjoy keeping things lighthearted while making sure we stay on track. My teaching style is very hands-on because vocal music is a physical skill that requires real movement. You will reach your potential with me."

"You reach a place where your voice flows without any tension or effort. Sound becomes effortless.
We start each session with specific warm-up exercises to prepare your body for the work ahead. I guide you through sight singing and diction or articulation to sharpen your musical ears and your clarity. My 13 years of experience means I know exactly how to help you develop your head and chest voice safely.
We cover belting technique and vocal range extension to give you more power and versatility. I incorporate exam preparation for those who want to certify their skills.
Vocal health and care remain at the center of every single exercise we perform together. You will learn to treat your voice like the delicate instrument it is. Your progress is the most important part of my day. I am ready to help you prepare for your next big performance."
