In my lessons with Ms Shanah, I often leave amazed! She knows how to help me breathe correctly. She knows what makes my voice crack and how to fix it. She taught me how to sing through a whole phrase without having to breathe. The way she does it baffles me. She tells me to do things that don’t make sense. And then I go back to the song and the problems are fixed! I often call her a wizard!

Shanah has provided tons of support, advice, encouragement, and insight on my vocal abilities as a vocal coach in the short time that I’ve worked with her. She is always flexible with my own schedule and communicates properly about hers.

I began voice lessons from Shanah and I feel like she helped me more in 6 lessons than my previous coaches were able to teach in the prior 6 years. I immediately was able to unlock potential I didn’t even know existed. I thought I had learned proper breathing technique from former voice coaches only to find out Shanah was able to identify my true breathing issues and help me to sing things I was never able to before.

Ms Shanah teaches my son piano. He has been taking lessons from her for almost a year now. She has taught him to read music and he has successfully completed 2 song books and a theory book. He is 8 years old and looks forward to his lesson every week.
