About Lydia

After 13 years of gigging with just a guitar and a mic, the smell of stale beer and feedback loops is permanently etched into my memory. My path from the stage to the classroom started with a Diploma in Music Performance from Musicians Institute Hollywood, where I learned that technique is the only thing saving your voice at 2 in the morning.

I work with performers who need to manage stage fear and master resonance while navigating the grit of live shows. I maintain a laid-back and motivating environment for my students. This is a practical job. Diction and articulation are just tools to keep you connected to your audience.

About the lesson

Imagine walking into a room where we strip away the nerves and focus strictly on your tone and vibrato control. You sing a few bars, and we immediately identify where your breath support fails or where your range needs a gentle nudge. I draw on 13 years of gigging experience to help you find the pocket for harmony singing and sight singing. We treat every session as a mock performance to ensure you gain the confidence to handle any venue.

Because I want to make sure we are a good match, I offer a free trial lesson to check your range and goals. This process allows us to build a foundation of habits that actually hold up when the lights go down. I keep the work grounded in the realities of being a performer today. You will leave the space with a clear plan for your next practice cycle.
