I apply 13 years of practical performance training to help you solve your technical hurdles. Diagnostic skills checks happen before we build your specific lesson plan to ensure we never waste time. Intermediate learners and teens find that my structured approach makes even the hardest solos accessible. I keep the atmosphere light because learning should not feel like a chore.

Honestly, I did not start out knowing how to teach, but my time at the RAM shifted my entire perspective on how music is shared. Tuning and maintenance are the foundations we have to get right before we even think about rhythm guitar or electric technique. I work with teens and hobbyists who are often juggling busy lives, so I keep our sessions grounded in practical steps.
You might find me diving into complex acoustic technique or breaking down a tricky strumming pattern with a bit of a joke. My background includes 6 years of performing, which informs how I approach improvisation and soloing with my 104 students. Intermediate learners and grade exam candidates appreciate the structure I bring to the fretboard.
When you walk into my studio, we start with a diagnostic skills check to map out where you are and where you need to go. By the time we finish, I want you to have a clear roadmap towards your musical goals.
