About Mark
Feeling the vibration in your chest as you hit a lower note is the first step toward better resonance. We examine your current singing habits and slowly refine your posture and breath support.
My 10 years of experience allow me to demonstrate microphone technique and genre styling with precision. Whether we are working on sight singing or complex belting, we keep the music at the center.
I incorporate diction and articulation drills to help you express lyrics clearly. Students find that consistent work on vibrato control changes their entire sound. It feels good to watch someone find their true voice after months of practice.
We spend time on rhythm and phrasing to ensure the song communicates correctly. I try to make sure each session leaves you with a sense of accomplishment. Singing should remain a joy.

Singing requires both technical discipline and a willingness to explore your own sound. I have worked with 220 students including performance-focused individuals and kids preparing for grade exams. My training stems from a BA in Music at Berklee where I focused on the mechanics of the voice.
I understand the complexities of tone and resonance for many styles. It is a process that involves patience.
