About Maaya
I'm a musician, vocalist and multi-instrumentalist. Having been involved in the art ever since three years of age, I have managed to write and perform my original music as well. My music has been featured in and talked of by the likes of Rolling Stone India, A Humming Heart, The Indian Music Diaries and several other music magazines of repute. I have been formally teaching music for the past three years with students ranging from novice to professional. I am open to teaching students of age 8 and above, as well as beginners, intermediate and/or advanced students. I firmly believe the process of learning is specific to every individual, so I mould my pattern according to each student. If the student is younger than 16 years of age, I prefer being in touch with the parent as well, in order to give a proper review and update of their child's progress. I am currently offering private lessons only.

I believe Maaya is an extremely talented musician and a better teacher, I have personally learned a lot of things from her. she has a way of communicating and empathizing with her students which I believe many teachers lack. she is also is a fantastic person with an outstanding personality.
