I don’t have any methods, but my own, however I’m currently in the process of obtaining a Suzuki license in violin. When I am teaching piano I prefer to use Faber books, and when it comes to violin I prefer Suzuki books as well as other method books, for voice I don’t use any method books because it’s more of a natural instrument rather than mechanical, instead we focus on using everything the body has to offer.
I am currently a student at Westminster College studying music education. I’ve had 12 years of piano lessons, 12 years in vocal lessons, and 8 years in violin lessons. I was a Sistema teacher for almost a year, and I’ve taught private lessons on and off for 2 years.
