About Mason
I am a tenor vocalist with experience in choral music, classical solo repertoire, and musical theatre. I am currently pursuing a degree in choral music education from Appalachian State University and have performed in the Glee Club, University Singers, and Chamber Singers ensembles. Teaching experience includes providing private lessons as well as assistant conducting and assistant teaching at the high school level.

My approach to teaching vocal music is to utilize repertoire that the student is interested in, in order to begin learning healthy vocal technique for that particular style of music. Students can expect to have weekly music theory exercises that we will go over and discuss during a portion of the lesson. The goal of the lesson is to have fun while promoting relaxed singing!
