He premiered the title role in The Strange Monologues of Edward Derby, a chamber opera by Arturo Fernandez. He has recently performed Count Almaviva in Le Nozze di Figaro, and the title role in Gianni Schicchi. He has also appeared as Figaro in The Barber of Seville with the Cleveland Opera On Tour. Among other opera roles included: Marcello and Schaunard in La BohĂšme, BrĂ©tigny in Manon, Papageno in Die Zauberflöte, the Vicar in Albert Herring and the title role in The Abbot of Drimock. He has performed operas and concerts with Cleveland Opera, Lyric Opera Cleveland, Cleveland Orchestra, CIM Orchestra, Cleveland State University Orchestra, Brevard Music Festival and Intermezzo Opera. Besides being seen on opera and concert stage, he has also given many recitals, in both U.S. and Taiwan, devoting himself to the art form of song recital. They have performed in the âChinese Future Stars Recitalâ held in Carnegie Hall (Stern Auditorium) by NTDTV in New York City.
