About Romane
I am a volunteer in civic service in Paris at CRIPS (Regional Center for Information and Prevention on Youth Health and AIDS) for the year 2020-2021. I have been doing Ashtanga yoga for more than 5 years now and give individual lessons or in small groups for 3 years. I graduated from Sciences-Po Paris and Columbia University in New York in Sociology, two schools where I also attended yoga classes.

We will follow together a determined series of Ashtanga Yoga movements which we will gradually deepened. The objective is that one day you will be able to perform this practice independently, centered on yourself.
