About Alannah
Originally hailing from Western Australia, Alannah spent her early years of training at the Western Australian Academy of Performing Arts, studying a Certificate II in Musical Theatre as well as a Bachelor of Music in Classical Voice, before heading to Melbourne to further pursue musical theatre through a Diploma of Musical Theatre & Dance at APO Arts Academy.
She has now been in Melbourne for 9 years and during that time has been involved in The Royal Melbourne Philharmonic Choir (2016), as well as local productions of “Anything Goes” (Babirra Musical Theatre 2016), “Chitty Chitty Bang Bang” (Babirra Musical Theatre 2017) and “Strictly Ballroom The Musical” (CLOC 2018) before heading off on tour in the second half of 2018 with the Irish Dance & Illusion Spectacular “Celtic Illusion”, where she was the lead singer for the East Coast, NZ, SA & WA tours.
In 2021 she completed an Undergraduate Certificate in Arts & Music Management with the Australian Institute of Music, then at the beginning of 2022 transitioned into her new role at Melbourne Entertainment Company as Entertainment/Talent Producer, working with performers in the event industry.

Hi, I'm Alannah
I teaching singing to all ages and abilities, whether you are pursuing a professional career, auditioning for a music/theatre course, wanting to improve your skills for amateur theatre or just want to have fun!
I specialise in musical theatre and classical technique as well as acting, acting through song and basic music theory.
In your lessons with me we can focus on one or all of the following
- singing technique
- audition technique
- acting technique, for songs, scenes and monologues
- vocal coaching
- learning songs & building repertoire
- basic music theory, reading music, working on your musical ear, writing and understanding music
- just having fun and loving music!
