About Adam
Having been an education leader in England and Italy for 20 years I have come to value coaching conversations in many different contexts. My first job is to listen deeply to understand the needs of the student. Secondly, asking open questions enables the student to explore possible solutions and promotes calm reflection. Lastly, I offer a range of tools that can be used to navigate difficult situations. Confidentiality agreements are of the utmost importance and would be agreed with both student and parents/guardians prior to engagement.

A structured discussion to uncover limiting beliefs, blocks to learning, stress and how to move beyond them. Students will learn to use tools to cope with school and learning. Sessions last 45 minutes. As a teacher and mentor of 20 years I have many hours of coaching conversation experience. Recently completed a comprehensive coaching qualification. Coaching offered for 12 years and upwards.
