About Janelle

I am a Training Facilitator with over 10 years experience in learning & development.
I have trained people from CEOs to secondary school students & everything in between. I've worked in many retail & corporate businesses, helping design and deliver training on leadership, commonication, operations, customer service & many more. I currently deliver ED&I and safeguarding training for corporate clients. I have 100's of testimonials from young people who I've helped improve employability skills & built confidence in their creative work. I strive to create a inclusive & diverse learning environment.

About the lesson

I have experience as a freelance creative myself & in my full time role I have helped many young people increase their knowledge of the creative industry & improve their employability skills. I use interactive learning software.
Lessons are between 1-2hours depending on students needs.
I provide mentorship & advice around how & where to look for roles, how to identify & describe transferrable skills. How to network & portray yourself in a positive light.
Improving confidence & communication, alongside having the best career tools possible.
My Lessons are aimed at young people wanting support to start their career in a creative role.
