About Aoife
I was to encourage girls and boys that physical activity is a vital role in our everyday health and well-being because it prevents any problems in the future. For teenage girls who are unsure about participating in sports, I was in your situation those years ago. I discovered I loved every sport I tried and I knew if I threw myself into them, I’d stick at it.
That is why I want to become a PE teacher, for those girls who felt self-conscious about getting sweaty and stronger from playing sports!

My type of lessons would be all about learning from each other and giving feedback.
Typical length of a PE class would be 40 minutes.
I have done many underage coaching and have worked with primary students too. Part of my degree was work placement in a secondary school shadowing the PE and then carried out a lesson too.
In the school I was in, it was teenage girls 12-16 year olds.
