My coaching includes elements of Psychology, Neuroscience, Neuro-linguistic Programming (NLP), Hypnotherapy and specialised coaching tools.
Coaching sessions are 60-90 minutes (phone calls, Zoom or face to face in Fremantle) depending on your needs. One off sessions are available although a minimum of 3x sessions is highly recommended, to give you maximum benefit and chance of success.
For the best and lasting results, the 8x Week or 12x Week programs are recommended (8x Week Program costs $1,295 for 9x sessions plus bonuses. 12x Week Program costs $1,595 for 13x sessions plus bonuses, held either weekly, fortnightly or adhoc based on your needs).

Details
For Clinical Hypnotherapy and/or Psychotherapy sessions, these are held face to face in Fremantle or over zoom (in special circumstances). The initial consultation is $220 for 90 minutes which includes a full therapy session. Further sessions are $180 for 60 minutes.
