Recently, I had the pleasure of John teaching me the basics of Chinese cooking in my very own kitchen, it was fabulous. Not only did I learn how to bake, broil, etc, and use spices that I could never figure out, the dishes were delicious. John is a great teacher, he made cooking easy and a lot of fun.
