I break down all the elements of each Style of hip hop dance into Elemental categories for breaking popping and locking. Starting with breaking number one is top rock, number two downrock and footwork, power moves, spins and momentum moves and freezes and execution. Also teaching history of Music styles and understanding musicality and dance to those styles and incorporating flavor into your dance!
