I am a Afrikaans teacher where I teach adults to learn to speak the language. I am a first language speaker. I have been giving remedial Afrikaans lessons to junior school kids for 2 years and Afrikaans lessons to adults for 4 years.

I help my students understand the sounds in Afrikaans and how they are written. I teach vocabulary by means of illustrated books with several common objects where the objects are labeled in Afrikaans and English. I also have several other books I use for the purposes of reading. I have several comprehension tests. I give my students time to talk to me about everyday subjects so they can improve their Afrikaans.

Rates are the same for all levels of students. If I have to travel between 0 - 10km, the rate for my petrol remains R20. If you cancel your lesson within 24 hours from the time of your appointment with me, there will be no cancellation fee. Else you have to pay the full lesson fee.
