Strict formal training rarely captures the spirit of the blues or gospel traditions that define my style. Having spent 7 years teaching, I focus on electric technique, songwriting, and improvisation to build a solid foundation. "Pacing matters more than speed when you are finding your footing on the fretboard. 7 years of playing means I know exactly how to give feedback that actually sticks.
We will focus on strumming patterns and soloing until the instrument feels like an extension of your body. Think of it less like a dry lecture and more like a jam session where you walk away with real songs under your fingers. I like to keep the vibe casual and focused on the music."
