About Elaine
I have practiced yoga for over 15 years; it has helped me to navigate divorce, re-marriage, changing career and relocating to the countryside. It has helped me to thrive whilst living with chronic pain and hypermobility. Sometimes, my ashtanga practice is strong and dynamic; sometimes I practice restorative yoga, chanting and breathing.This practice has so much to offer. I trained to help make yoga more accessible to a wider range of people who don't feel at home in a yoga studio. That was me! I wanted to help others discover yoga as I did: at home, one to one, at my pace.

I specialise in teaching private yoga. Each 60 min online session is crafted for you and your goals, and based on what you need that day. Monthly subscribers can access group classes and additional support from me in addition to our one to one sessions; from early mornings to weekends, we will find times that work for your schedule.
I have been teaching yoga for 3 years (300hrRYT, YogaForAll Certified, trainee 580hr YogaTherapist) and specialise in supporting clients working through major life transitions, injury or chronic illness and reduced mobility.
From a physical practice to breathing techniques, meditation and mindfulness practices yoga has so much to offer to support our wellbeing, mental and physical health. I love to see clients discover a joyful and relaxing practice to see them thrive on and off the mat.
