About Vedika Chouhan

I am a self-taught artist and I've been helping students find their niche and master their painting style. Art is an expression, it enables self-introspection and acceptance. To me, it is a medium to express my feelings and stand for a cause, It is a medium to realize fantasies. It takes you places, it makes you feel things.

About the lesson

I believe any mode of expression or creation is Art. My teaching method is more practical and based on storytelling. More practice sessions which enable self-exploration. People who desire to try art therapy can also join, it is a technique rooted in the idea that creative expression can foster healing and mental well-being. Any age group can join, will be beneficial for beginners.
