My methodology is to teach each and every student with basics of music. Starting with the voice control methods and volume controlling methods and then gradually moving towards high end portions of vocal skills. Once the student is able to control his/her modulations and voice vibrations, it's easy for them to mould the voice in accordance with what the song demands.
