About Sofia
Feedback is provided immediately during every role play exercise to ensure your accent stays clear. I pace lessons based on your current comfort level with complex grammar structures. We shift between formal business topics and everyday conversational phrases.
Reading comprehension improves when we analyze news articles or literature together. My 13 years of experience inform how I break down difficult verb conjugations into manageable chunks.
You will practice listening to authentic native audio clips. We use dialogue practice to simulate real world scenarios. Expect to speak more Spanish than English throughout our time.
Pronunciation drills happen at the start of every session. Writing improves through consistent, small scale assignments.

Grammar and vocabulary are only half of the equation when learning a new language. Do you struggle to find the right words during an interview or a casual conversation? I combine my music degree and my heritage as a native Spanish speaker to explain the rhythm of the language. This helps intermediate learners and teens shift from robotic speech to fluid, natural dialogue.
