About Lilly
I have been a competitive swimmer for as long as I can remember and I placed top ten at a local meet when I was in highschool. I swam every summer and have two years of year round training. I know every stroke and have been coaching for two years.

My teaching approach is heavily focus on drills that help improve your technique of your swim. My goal is to get people to have passion for swimming while having close to perfect technique in any stroke. I am also going to college for exercise science so I know the critical parts of a workout. I will give warm up and cool downs and will give sets that are individually specified to the individuals in the lesson. I have coached kids 3-15 years old.
