About Julia

My name is Julia and I am multilingual. I speak German and English fluently, good Spanish and understandable Polish (to be honest Polish is a very difficult language). The language I have studied the longest? French. 12 years. However, I don't speak French, and that's because I've never used French conversationally.

I am a foreign language correspondent, and about eight months ago I moved from Berlin to Málaga to enjoy life in Spain. My Spanish friends often ask me to speak German with them and help them learn the language. I have discovered something new that I love to do! So let me help you too. With my many years of learning different languages and my passion for languages and linguistics, I can help you understand the logic behind German grammar, tell you many facts about Germany and its culture and we can practice in many long conversations.

About the lesson

If you've studied German before, but never had the opportunity to develop your speaking skills, you're in the right place. I will teach you things naturally as we speak, explain different concepts to you and make you feel more confident when using the language. I can also give you advice on how to improve your German in your daily life.

Although some basic knowledge of German structure and grammar is needed to start a conversation, feel free to contact me for a free first class, where I can find out your level of German and in which areas you could possibly need some guidance, and Of course, you can evaluate if I am the right teacher for you.

I offer online classes, but if you like the outdoors, the beach and walking around the beautiful city of Malaga as much as I do, let's go for a walk together and talk a little about everything in German! I believe that everyday situations create the best conversations and learning opportunities. Additionally, walking improves brain function and therefore the ability to learn. (And we Germans love to walk.)
