About Arun
Hi, I’m Arun! I’m a first-year Economics student at the University of Warwick and have been tutoring for 4 years now. The reason I got into tutoring was because I felt all the tutors I previously had struggled to help me truly understand the basics of what I was learning. This inspired me to start tutoring and I was quickly hooked by the satisfaction of passing my knowledge on to a student and seeing how quickly they improve.
Having sat my GCSEs and A-levels within the last 3 years, I know how stressful exam season can be. Along the way, I developed effective methods that helped me achieve top grades, including an A* in A-level Economics, and I love passing these on to the students I teach.

I tutor online, so lessons are flexible and easy to fit around school and other commitments. My focus is on helping students properly understand the concepts, rather than just telling them what they need to do. I do this because it is what personally helped me out the most when I received tutoring.
I'm also a big believer in using past exam questions, as they build familiarity with how questions are worded and develop the exam technique required to excel.
My lessons are ideal for anyone struggling with A-level Economics, or GCSE Economics or business, aiming to help students achieve those A/A* grades.
