About Ben
I have always held a passion for Maths, and I believe that this passion was developed by being around great teachers who let me gain a deep understanding of complex topics. I would love to be able to pay this forwards to the next generation by helping them understand and enjoy Maths like I do.
I am studying for a BSc in Maths at Warwick University so I would be very confident in all the subjects covered at GCSE and A-Level; I have also achieved 9 at GCSE and A* in Maths and Further Maths at A-Level. I am very academically driven, but while I was in school i was always the person who my peers would approve to reexplain a difficult concept. Having been through these experiences recently I can understand what problems the students can face and how to connect with them and help them through their studies.

I always find that most trouble with maths stems from a misunderstanding of some core concepts. Some are hard to grasp or abstract, but when you understand them the lessons make sense. Theres no point in mindless repetition without understanding! I hope to focus on these ideas, rather than pointlessly repeating the questions where you will feel more and more lost.
I can also provide plenty of extension and further extensions of all the core topics for the students who are interested!
