About Riana
I'm a Physics, Maths, and Chemistry student with predicted A*A*A at A-Level, heading to Warwick University this autumn to study Economics and Politics. I'm passionate about science and have competed nationally in Olympiads, so I understand what it takes to go beyond the classroom and truly master a subject.
I enjoy breaking down difficult concepts and making them feel approachable, a skill I developed through leading international student teams at Harvard's Undergraduate Ventures programme. I'm patient, enthusiastic, and genuinely invested in helping students build confidence and achieve the grades they're working towards.

I adapt my teaching style depending on each student, focusing on understanding content/exam techniques over memorising facts.
Lessons usually last around 1.5 hours for GCSE Students, or 1 hour for students starting A-level content wanting extra preparation (e.g. GCSE Summer/start of Y12).
I have a strong competition background including BPhO Senior Physics Olympiad gold (top 3%) and a Chemistry Olympiad Silver Certificate, so I'm well placed to stretch higher-achieving students too.
