I work very hard to make sure who I'm working with is comfortable. I also want them to feel competent. I am a down to earth and relaxed person. I will never raise my voice or make someone want to shut down. I believe in encouragement and compliments, with a healthy amount of constructive criticism.

I am a very patient and compassionate person. I believe everyone has the potential to be successful. I like to do a problem to demonstrate how to complete it, then do one where we work together, then let the kid or person complete one on their own. I like gentle encouragement and would never let anyone feel stupid.
