About Mimi
As a middle school teacher for a private girls' school, I have taught my students a range of subjects. Nutrition and Biology were my top 2 and then came Earth Science and US History.
I opened a gym and ran that with many classes and instructors, including giving many of my own but then became a mom and dedicated myself to the health and well-being of my family. Now, I would love to share my knowledge with anyone who can use the assistance.
